| HOMES In a Waterdale Estate there are only freestanding homes – no duplexes or walk up residential buildings. Our architectural approach is to offer a high quality, contemporary, provincial town style. The homes are warm and inviting. Each home is different... Variations in roof style, building form, street setback, materials and colour mean that each varies to the one next door, yet all work together to make a unified style and strong sense of place. M aterials used are of a familiar Australian palette. The gross floor area of homes varies from 110 sqm and greater plus all have an additional 20sqm in the carport/garage with a work bench. At Waterdale Living we are continually looking for new and better ways to build. Better materials; better construction methods; and better technologies for the home. Behind every innovation is our belief that your new home should accommodate exactly how you want to live your life now Now it is time to build … During the past several weeks, you've made many significant decisions. You have settled on where you want to live, chosen the type of home you want and need, and selected the details that will make this home distinctly yours.
