THE PEOPLE
Waterdale Living is a company whose Board of Management includes 2 Executive Directors. The Executive Directors are Mr Anthony Cougle and Mr Stephen Connelly.
Mr Cougle has professional training in the field of land economics. He “cut his teeth” in aged care running a large provincial aged care establishment. Anthony's more recent experience relates to broader land development projects. However, his passion remains in aged care and his vision is to create a new standard of self-care seniors living estate which are distinctly different from that which is currently available in the provincial cities and towns of NSW.
Mr Cougle is the Managing Director for the development company and each of the Estates. His primary role is in relation to site acquisition; government liaison; marketing; media liaison and construction management.
Stephen Connelly is a town planner with some 30 years plus experience. He is a Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia and an expert in Master Planning and Environmental Planning. Mr Connelly will be mainly responsible for site planning; approvals; quality assurance and administrative systems.
